Southland Veterinary Hospital opened its doors in the early 1960's as a satellite clinic of Del Tor Veterinary Clinic.  Dr. Millie Hardigree and Dr. Lisa Ricketts Williams acquired the hospital in January, 1996.  Both doctors graduated from Auburn University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1986.  Dr. Elizabeth Ubelhor graduated from Auburn in 1990 and came on board at SVH in June of 2002.  Dr. Whitney Rauth rejoined our staff in December of 2005.  She was a technician at Southland for many years before going to school at Auburn University.
